Owner and Head Chef Andrew Hanson trained at the Ritz Hotel in London. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked in many top restaurants before returning to South Wales to establish Hanson at the Chelsea.
Our cosy and vibrant gastro style restaurant offers something for everyone. Although we specialise in à la carte seafood and fish dishes, our ever changing menus also feature a range of meat and vegetarian dishes from crispy pork belly, and 28 day aged fillet, to irresistible risottos, and more.
We are open from Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner sittings. Lunch is served between 12 noon to 2pm, and our dinner service is from 7pm to 9pm.
Our menus are diverse as we aim to please everyone that walks through our door. With a divine lunch menu, enticing à la carte evening menu, delectable 7 course taster menu, plus delicious desserts and beverages, you can spend some quality time with your nearest and dearest.
